Studio Ghibli Summer Series (Pt. 1) – June 30

Celebrate the magic of Studio Ghibli on the big screen as we kick off our two-part Ghibli Summer Series—a seasonal tribute to the iconic animation studio that shaped generations.

Part 1 features two beloved films from legendary director Hayao Miyazaki:

🎏 Ponyo
A whimsical reimagining of The Little Mermaid, Ponyo follows a curious goldfish who yearns to become human after forming a bond with a boy named Sosuke. Overflowing with oceanic wonder and childlike joy, this film is a heartwarming introduction to the Ghibli universe for all ages.

🐺 Princess Mononoke
A sweeping epic set in a mystical world of forest gods and ancient spirits, Princess Mononoke explores the battle between nature and industry with breathtaking animation and emotional depth. It remains one of Ghibli’s most powerful and mature works.

Each film will screen once with English dubbing and once with English subtitles, giving you the chance to experience them in your preferred format.

This series leads into Part 2 on July 30, featuring Kiki’s Delivery Service and Spirited Away, and culminates with a special live performance by the Studio Ghibli Jazz Orchestra on August 22.
