Presented as part of our Olympics series, Hollywood Theatre is showing Slap Shot. This outrageous sports company takes a hard look at hockey culture by exaggerating everything that makes competitive sport comical. Paul Newman stars as the player-coach of a flailing minor-league team that discovers spectacle, chaos, and crowd-pleasing antics might be more effective than "good sportsmanship".
Crude, fast-talking, and relentlessly funny, Slap Shot skewers the business of sports as much as the game itself, from desperate ownership to fans hungry for entertainment at any cost.

- Two pieces of physical ID are required for entry
- All events are 19+/No minors unless otherwise noted
- Smoking is not permitted inside or outside in front of the theatre
- There are no in's and out's for the duration of each event
- Hollywood Theatre is now an entirely cashless venue, and only major credit cards, debit cards, and mobile forms of payment will be accepted at all events. Select points of sale at artist merchandise may still accept cash.
