Perfume Genius is the musical project of Seattle-based artist Mike Hadreas, whose emotionally raw songwriting and striking vocal performances have earned widespread critical acclaim since his 2010 debut Learning. Across acclaimed releases including Put Your Back N 2 It, Too Bright, No Shape, Set My Heart On Fire Immediately, and 2025’s GRAMMY-nominated Glory, Perfume Genius has become known for blending vulnerability, theatricality, and bold explorations of identity. His breakthrough single “Queen” became a defining queer anthem, while albums like No Shape and Set My Heart On Fire Immediately brought mainstream recognition and collaborations with artists including Blake Mills, Phoebe Bridgers, and Adrian Utley. Performing as a duo for this special evening at the Hollywood Theatre, Perfume Genius delivers an intimate and powerful live experience.
