Join us for the Kingsgate Chorus’ annual winter concert and fundraiser! As always, we will have
our legendary fundraiser raffle, with this year’s proceeds going to the Gaza Soup Kitchen and
Parents for Palestine Vancouver. Win great prizes featuring donations from the best local
businesses, restaurants, artists and artisans.
The Kingsgate Chorus An East Vancouver community choir, has been bringing beautiful music
to the city since 2011. This season, we have been working on arrangements of songs by Charli
XCX, Songs: Ohia, The Velvet Underground & Nico and more. The latest and greatest addition
to the chorus is Vancouver’s own, Leah Abramson, who has taken over as director for this
season.
Beautifully Loose Anti-Choir Led and organized by Martin Reisle, this group of singers just
finished their second season. The only prerequisite for joining is a desire to sing harmony with
others. They perform mostly local, folk songs.
Candy & Caroline
Candy and Caroline are long time pals who love to sing beautiful music together. They will share
some originals and cover songs with us.
