Across these back-to-back shows, Lund digs into the roots of his catalog, delivering the songs that helped define his singular blend of outlaw country, Western storytelling, and indie-folk grit.
A rural Albertan from the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, Corb Lund comes from a long lineage of ranchers and rodeo people—and that authenticity runs deep in his music. Known for seamlessly weaving between outlaw country, Western, and indie-folk, Lund built his career the hard way: recording in his basement, booking his own tours, printing his own merch, and doing whatever it took to get his songs heard.
After years touring with indie-metal band the smalls, Lund turned his focus to Western songwriting, creating a quirky, sharp-witted style that’s earned him multiple domestic and international awards. In 2022, he won his 14th Canadian Country Music Award and made his debut at the historic Grand Ole Opry. His latest album of originals, El Viejo, was released in February 2024.
Two nights. Four full albums. One of Canada’s most distinctive songwriters at his best.
