Boogie Nights | Summer Film Series

The Hollywood Theatre Presents
BOOGIE NIGHTS
Rated R
Get ready to step into the glitter, grit, and glorious chaos of the 1970s! For one night only, we’re bringing Paul Thomas Anderson’s iconic Boogie Nights back to the big screen — where it belongs.
Set in the neon-lit world of California’s adult film industry, Boogie Nights follows the meteoric rise (and spectacular fall) of Eddie Adams, a.k.a. Dirk Diggler — a wide-eyed teenager with big dreams (and a few other big things) who gets swept into the wild highs and devastating lows of fame, fortune, and excess. Along the way, he’s surrounded by unforgettable characters: directors chasing their next hit, stars chasing their next high, and a chosen family that’s as messy as they are lovable.
Think disco balls, roller skates, bad decisions, and a soundtrack that’ll have you grooving in your seat. Boogie Nights is part tragic, part hilarious, and all 1970s chaos — a cult classic that demands to be seen with a crowd, on the big screen, in all its audacious glory.
