Battle of the Bands

Join us for the second annual Battle of the Bands, hosted by Beatdapp — a Vancouver-based music-tech company using AI to combat streaming fraud and champion transparency in the music industry. This is not your average battle: it’s a high-energy convergence of tech and talent, featuring an eclectic mix of rising local bands and musicians from Vancouver’s thriving scene.

Hosted by Dino the Beloved, the night includes six dynamic performances, immersive visuals, and a crowd-voted $5,000 grand prize. The winning act will also be offered a performance slot at Summerlight Festival, presented by 604 Records.

Lineup:
Chief State – Rain-soaked pop-punk with edge and energy
The Lunchtime Band – Experimental rock that morphs from jazz to punk in a single set
Suppertime – Garage grooves with a splash of psychedelia and storytelling
Pinebarren – Indie rock that feels both nostalgic and fresh, with sold-out shows and festival stages under their belt
Beatdapp House Band – Yes, our tech team can shred too
604 Records Internal Band – Surprise set from the folks behind the label

With live visuals, special guests, and an audience packed with industry pros, this is a celebration of creativity, community, and cross-industry collaboration you won’t want to miss.
